🌸美味海参鸡粥🌸

身体太虚弱了，一点力气都没有，打了太多消炎针也！

妈妈早上给几条已经处理好海参给我，还有自己养的鸡，好^_^，咱们来煮一个粥把，营养好吸收！

将鸡块砍好，海参切好，淘好小米和大米放入砂锅，再放适量的水煮开米后，把姜丝、鸡块、海参放进去一起炖。好的时候撒上葱花和盐可以了！

海参性温，味咸，四季皆宜，具有补肾益精、养血润燥等功效。长期服用可以增强身体抵抗力，生血养血、促进钙质吸收。海参角蛋白具有促进红骨髓造血功能，有效改善贫血症状，海参含有天然活性钙，其补钙效果是其他食品无法比拟的。看来好适合我长期食用！
