小凌儿私房菜系列🌸支竹焖回锅肉🌸

今日继续介绍二师兄的菜，老妈给了一大块煮熟的带皮后腿肉，想想不如做回锅肉吧！但是怕上火，材料不够怎办？变变做法吧，在冰箱里找到一些支竹，就它吧，邓生应该好喜欢的！

🌸如图准备材料：青蒜、蒜、（郫县豆瓣酱有更加好，这里我没有加的）、姜、老抽生抽、糖、盐、支竹100g、带皮猪肉300g

🌸做法：

1.支竹用冷水泡软后，沥干水切成段（我的已经分好段了，泡泡好了）

2.冷水下肉，大火烧开，煮至肉刚熟即可，待肉凉后切成薄片。

3.起锅烧干，下肉片两边煎金黄色，捞起！

4.烧干沙锅里放点刚才猪油，热锅后，把蒜姜放进去炒香，把肉和支竹一起放进去炒！

5.放入少许老抽生抽，糖调味，加少量的水盖锅稍煮。(有豆瓣酱这时候可以加点)

6.最后放盐撒上青蒜出锅盛出可以啦^_^

这款支竹回锅肉，用腐竹吸收肉肉的汁液，减去了肉的油腻，加上酱汁更加润滑可口。
