今晚运动了一个多小时，全身都湿透了。每天都是这样运动，感觉挺好的。人的生命在于运动，所以我觉得现在的人大部分都是喜欢运动的。我就喜欢运动完之后洗个热水澡，然后躺在床上真的很舒服的。我睡觉了，明天还要继续我的运动。😃😃😃
