血壓回復正常水平！！

血壓回復正常水平，當然，這一個水平是由降血壓藥所致，並不是由食物而引起。但是，我已經相掌滿足了。始終一個星期前，我的血壓仍是180/115，現時降至正常水平，實在是相當感動。

我現時仍堅持每一餐飯也會有菜，希望吃更多蔬菜類的物質，腸胃會越來越好。

另外，現時吃肉的份量已佔比很少，有一天看到朋友吃「鐵板雜扒飯」時，腦海中出現很多「脂肪的感覺」。

另外，現時每天也會吃香蕉，這是保充體力的最重要元素，又比吃其他生果方便，並且越吃越精神。

最後，麥片及堅果是另一樣比較飽肚的食物，也可以抵一餐正餐，與及減少吸收糖份。有一次看Youtube影片，營養專家說只要身體內減少糖份的吸收，身體就自然會開始消耗脂肪。如此，慢慢地就能減脂。
