晚上闲着没事，转了一圈以后还是觉得无聊，于是又返回家里，拿上篮球，约上几个朋友，一起赶往篮球场。
今天没有跑全场，而是三组人打起了“接波”，我们这队有两个Bug，就这样开场就没有被换下来。我才来也就是想出出汗，减减脂，结果这一晚上下来把我直接累虚脱了。回到家，猛喝水，现在还觉得累，明天早上起床后我这老腰老腿肯定酸疼，一会要拿冰敷一下，酸的感觉才会缓解。
不动则已，一动直接搞得体力透支。我还是赶紧洗洗睡吧！
