肠胃不好，喷稀
这肠胃一闹起来，我的生活全乱套了！已经是拉肚子的第三天，频繁往厕所跑，腿都软了。原本的生活节奏被搅得稀碎，连简单吃顿饭都成了奢望。肚子里翻江倒海，一阵阵地绞痛，真的太折磨人了。这才深切体会到，平时没把肠胃当回事，现在它就狠狠“报复”我。真心希望这场“灾难”赶紧结束，等我好了，一定好好养胃，按时吃饭，再也不瞎折腾了 。
