Sweet Pancakes

So stoked when my husband bought back this sweet Thailand pancake. Actually, I had said bye bye to sugar beginning of the year but somehow I miss this Thailand pancake as it served sweet memories in my taste bud.

The first time I tasted this sweet pancake was during honeymoon 10 years ago. And immediately fell in love. But over here, I still could not find something similar until today, ny husband found a new Thailand street stall which sells this.

1. Red Sticky Rice Egg Pancake
2. Coconut Banana Pancake

I was craving for it due to some hormones imbalance then they appeared at the right time. Since I ditched sugar, so I ate two slices from each. The rest are shared with the rest of the family.
