工作日常

今天一个同事跟我说，他把重要的资料弄丢了。我很惊讶，因为这个同事和我相交十年了，根据我对他的了解，他做事特别谨慎。怎么会出现这样的事情呢？

询问之后，原来是与另外一个同事有关，另一个同事把他资料借走了，当他还回资料的时候，这个同事比较忙，没有及时查看，导致里面的部分重要证件弄丢了。

当询问借资料的同事的时候，她只会说不知道。丢资料的同事反反复复找了不下于十遍，还是没找到，看她快急得要哭了。我劝他不要急，再找找，实在不行问问科长。谁知道最后资料在科长那里。是借资料的同事把部分资料交给了科长，而且没有告诉别人。

这种事情我也遭受过，另外一个不负责任的同事，经常把事情往别人身上推，而且每次跟领导说话的时候他自己都非常紧张，都把我们一起拉着，领导每次安排任务，感觉她总是听不懂。

同样是一天八小时，同样拿相同的工资，人与人的差别怎么这么大呢，不帮助别人就算了，老是脱别人一起下水。
