坚持每天读书，哪怕是一小段文字，都要坚持下去，把有趣的，有意义的，有温度的，有情感共鸣的语句记录下来。

今天的学习笔记如下:

阅读速度缓慢的原因归根结底并非能力的问题，而是对读书的认识欠缺，并不存在能够快速阅读的人和不能快速阅读的人。

他们之间的差异仅仅在于能够摆脱仔细阅读的束缚，还是纠结于仔细阅读，仅此而已。
