好吃的豬腳飯

在家附近有間小餐館，賣的蒸飯都不錯吃。早前發現新出品豬腳飯，市面不算很常見，而我本身也蠻喜歡吃豬腳，彈牙和軟糯口感我都愛。正想要買來試試，卻發現已經售罄，真是始料不及，還以為大部分香港人的口味都是吃肉餅蒸飯、北菇蒸雞蒸飯這些。

今天家人順路經過，發現還有幾份，買了回來當午餐，省卻煮飯的工夫。終於嚐到了，質素真的不錯，豬腳軟硬適中，調味也好，當配料的花生也特別香。

話說豬腳，也就是豬蹄，為什麼有些菜式稱之為豬腳（例如豬腳薑），有些又習慣稱之為豬手呢（例如德國鹹豬手）？難道是前蹄後蹄之分，如此仔細？
