何首烏原液

雖然已經有在用天然染髮膏去處理我的白髮，但治標之餘，還是想尋求治本的方法。

總說何首烏有烏髮效果，不過我曾經吃過好一陣子何首烏丸，也不太覺得有效。後來有科學派的美容博主指出何首烏要外塗才有效(http://www.seraphng.net/643875-2/)，所以我又想試試何首烏原液，不過因為常缺貨的關係，最近才終於入手。

我是洗髮後吹乾髮絲再用，在容易長白髮的頭皮位置塗薄薄一層。這瓶何首烏原液本是內服用的，所以質感很稀，要小心控制。

它的原理是保護頭皮的黑色素細胞免受氧化傷害，令長出來的頭髮得以順利「染」上黑色，所以理論上它對已長出來的白髮是沒有任何幫助的。不過我發現白髮沾上深啡色的何首烏原液後，多多少少還是有染到顏色，令白髮沒那麼明顯。當然顏色是一洗便掉，甚至用手搓幾下也就沒了，更不用說要是遇上下雨而又沒有帶傘的話……所以只能作極短暫停留。

另外要注意的地方是，塗完何首烏原液後，頭皮會散發淡淡的中藥氣味，所以最好不要塗太多，要不就會成為會移動的中藥煲……

即管試用一段時間看看，之後再來報告成果。
