中式午餐

星期六，我是今天午餐的大厨。很久没有煮中餐了。老公点了要吃药材鸡。我也很喜欢这道鸡，女儿们也很爱吃。特别是ta的汤汁。好喝。

药材鸡的材料有鸡🐔，红枣，枸杞，桂圆，玉竹和淮山。先将鸡肉用酱青和胡椒粉腌一腌。药材洗干净后放入水中煮滚备用。要放多少水就一个人喜好。我们一家都爱喝汤，所以我放的比较多水。😋煮滚后，倒入腌好的鸡肉中。然后放入锅中蒸30分钟。

除了药材鸡，我还煮了一道蒜米炒玻璃生菜。这个用了蚝油做调味。

热腾腾香喷喷的一道午餐就在一个半小时后出炉。吃饭却只用了半小时。😂😂😂不过看着家人吃得开心，每个都把碟子里的饭菜吃的干干净净，虽然累了但是却很开心满足。🥰🥰🥰
