上火很严重
前天晚上的时候突然回忆起在工地吃辣椒鸡蛋卷煎饼的事情，当时那个香啊，再加上瓶啤酒简直绝了。于是我就买了辣椒也炒鸡蛋吃。
可是辣椒买错了，买的那种细细的长长的那种，这种是炒菜当佐料放的，辣的要命。当时我可没有多想，就直接做饭了，到了吃的时候就惨了，呛的嗓子疼，一大盘呢丟掉可惜，就把里面鸡蛋捡捡都吃了。
后果是很严重的，昨天开始嗓子疼的厉害，去药店买了去火得药不管用，晚上又买了咽痛灵，直到现在还没有恢复。这就叫自讨苦吃，明明知道会上火还要尝试，侥幸心理太严重。
刚才我买了绿豆，煮了一大锅绿豆汤，时不时的喝一点，平时说话本来就多，嗓子疼会耽误工作的，上火很快退火慢，估计得一周时间，有的苦头吃了。
所以奉劝各位，千万不要吃太多辣椒，现在这个时候辣椒吃多了太容易上火了，上火不止嗓子疼，还会长痘痘，捂脸。
