我看见我们这边的工厂都在招工了，可是找不到几个人，为什么会这样呢，要说现在的年轻人这么懒吗？一个月7000块钱的工资竟然没人干，还是有什么其他原因呢？
我觉得现在的原因其实也很简单，如果按正常八个小时算的话实际到手4000左右，如果在休息两天就更少了，一般的工厂里工作时间有多长估计很多人想不到，绝大多数都是早六晚九15个小时，15个小时一个月7000多吗？简直就是拿命在换钱。
如果只是几天的话也能接受，关联它是长年累月的，那些老板基本不把工人当人看，把工资像机器一样拴在了流水线上，还时不时的扣掉工资。
所以现在的年轻人也聪明了，宁可不干也不那么玩命了，那些老板忽悠不到人来干活只能对现有的工人加大剥削，就这样造成了恶性循环。
这要是在日本以及发达国家，老板这样做是会坐牢的，也就是在我们国家的老板会这样剥削人，年轻人没有自由没有人权，还让他们入 生三胎，这是往死里逼，这么多年来，年轻人的压力从来没有像今天一样大，忍无可忍无需再忍，佛系，躺平，就是现在人无声的抗议。
