过完年咯！是时候开始减肥啦😂
这个漫长的运动控制命令(MCO) 真的搞得好多人吃太多，却无法到健身所运动。
现在连我公司附近的健身所都破产停止运作了！
怎么办？
没办法就只有DIY咯。
数年前爸妈还没搬进来时我时常都会吃这种“干净饮食”，但是妈妈来了之后又炒，又煎，又烤，又炸地，不小心在MCO期间就加了4KG了！
平时有健身所还好但是这3个月内又开又关的，根本没有足够运动，又不给在外慢跑，太多打枪，慢慢地就一斤一斤逐渐的增加😂
终于过年后再也没有借口，确定再次减肥，连智能称重机也定了，加上我刚找到这个健身挑战YouTube通道，看看我能耐多久🤣
