咖喱的好处
煮咖喱时,最大的好处就是主要还是有咖喱汁,一加再加,又会制作出更美味的咖喱啦!
妈妈昨天煮的番薯鸡咖喱,因有番薯配料变得又香又带甜的辣咖喱;今早用来配卡帕蒂面包之后,剩下的咖喱汁,加点包菜,炸腐竹,再加点凤尾鱼汤,一点酸奶,味道又完全不同凡想啦。把比较偏甜,适合小孩或胃敏感的老人家的咖喱,变成较偏咸的咖喱,看起来就让我想起那些九王爷旦时开的素食经济型饭档的咖喱,回味,回味!

咖喱就是很容易千变万化的菜哦!
