前两天代理商就打电话给我说公司来了两位新员工，希望我过来给她们做个项目培训。我看了下自己最近安排，就跟代理商约到今天下午。
虽说这次过去为了给他们公司两个新来的业务培训，没想到他们公司所有的业务都过来了。也对，抓住一切可以学习的机会。好样的，伙伴们。
新项目培训完，大家都热情高涨，感觉只要努力，下一步就可以财富自由了。说明我培训的效果也就达到了。😂😂
晚上大家在一起吃了个饭，就市场问题交流下了。不聊天不要紧，发现大伙还是对公司很多政策都有诸多怨言。我感觉回头有必要跟代理商沟通下，特别是原则性的问题。
领导说话不诚信，下面业务积极性大打折扣，朝令夕改更要不得。攘外必先安内，内部矛盾远比外部矛盾破坏性来得更加强烈。
人无信不立，业无信不兴。开多了空头支票，慢慢就失去了威信。作为公司领导，虽然暂时保住了一亩三分地，实际损失的利益只会越来越多，下属慢慢会阳奉阴违，人心涣散等等。我作为第三方角色有必要给代理商提个醒，如果越走越远，大家都会损失巨大，得不偿失。
