水饺
我就是别人口中那种最好养活的女人😂，不挑食，还会做饭的那种，你们懂得的😬除了喜欢吃各种面食，还有一样很钟情的就是饺子。
各种馅的饺子我都不排斥，但最爱的依旧是白菜猪肉馅的！这个季节的白菜鲜嫩多汁，现在吃白菜猪肉馅饺子那是再适合不过了😋
饺子馅要想做的好吃，选肉这一步很重要，肉选的太肥了吃起来会比较腻，太瘦的肉吃起来又比较柴，一般我都喜欢选用那种梅花肉，梅花肉肉中无筋，瘦肉和肥肉的比例也刚刚好。最主要的是要想口感更好、嚼劲更足，建议肉馅最好是自己剁！绞肉机绞出来的肉馅一般都比较碎，吃起来不是很有嚼劲😬
包饺子的每一项环节都是我自己亲力亲为的（孩子爸爸只会吃😂），当我累的不想干时，想想吃饺子的那种快感，我就给自己说：时间就像海绵里的水，只要挤总会有的！终归还是一句话：自己喜欢😍，那干起来就是拼！
爱的程度也比较深，一连吃几顿也不会厌烦的那种，偶尔会少了一点入口的新鲜感，那我就会再换上韭菜鸡蛋馅的包包，那又会是一种别样的荤素搭配的滋味……
这不，又已经安排上了😂没有什么不是一顿饺子可以解决的！😋
