The diary game 2021/3/25 活好当下
中午和好友吃饭,谈到房子,她说之前买的房子,首付还欠很多,我也真了服了她,自己有一套二百多万的房子,后来又买了一套几百万的房,真是房奴 ,而且买第二套时还没有首付,去找银行贷款的。
不说每个月的房贷吧,还有首付,都不一笔不小的数,现在都要分期归还,压力真的不小,真的不知是什么勇气,让她就这么执着,敢于承担这么多，估计这房贷,有时也让人很难喘气,还好两公婆收入也不低。
她说现在也没有钱用,首付的钱要急着还,还得想办法,天天想着没着钱,心里面也难受。
我没有想着以后大富大贵,也没有想着住豪宅,开豪车,我的要求很简单,有个落角的地方,就很满足了,所以我买了一个二手房,而且不是特别的大,但是很满意的。
在房价还没有涨之前,香港老大曾经建议我到万达去买套房子,可是人算不如天算,老公的身体不好，得了一场大病,就没有买成,可你曾想到曾经九千不到的房,现在已涨到三万多。
如果那时我咬咬牙,说不定今天就是百万富翁,不过,哪个能预知未来了？我没有后悔自已的选择，活好当下最重要。
