良才善用,能者居之 2021/4/8

今天真是像是被鬼缠身了,有个部门,我只是认得一些人,他们组的秘书突然遥身变成一个项目经理,对这种变化,我到没有觉得什么奇怪,老板器重,也正常哟,而且她的英语水评还真的不耐,跟老板说话也会拍马屁。

不过,奇怪的是她这秘书的职位,既然被一个工程师顶了,戏剧性的变化,这位女工程师和我的邻居两人关系还可以,两个人不断在那里窃窃私语,然后邻居说:“你亏大了,放着工程师不做,去做秘书做什么？秘书是没有前程的”。

当我听到说这句话,我真的有点生气,因为我也是秘书,在诋毁我吗？她自已不也是文职吗?这样说,也不怕周围的人伤心。

我也是奇怪,这个秘书平时也不来我们这,怎么有空上来了,过了一会儿,总是问我问题,这个怎么弄,那个怎么弄：天啦,感觉阴魂不散,一天被他骚扰好多次,我自己还有一堆事情没有处理,一个很简单的问题,也不会弄,我终于明白,为什么出现戏剧性的变化。

晚上去食堂,来碗蛋炒菜,没心情吃饭,老板这样，不无道理,真是良才善用,能者居之.
