秋天了,很多的花都谢了,但是最近有一种花,也不知叫什么名,最近开得很旺,反正每天早上走在路上,都可以看到他们,很漂亮,这几天我对他们观察的很仔细,我发现了一个秘密,原来到了天黑的时候,这些花都变成花苞,甚至找不到他们影子,可是到早上时却远远能看到他们身影,而且特别漂亮。
有种感觉,D老板无暇顾忌一些小事,很多的时候,都是我们自己管好自己,可是今天,我有点不开心了,好想他多给点意见哟,总感觉自己做的部门预算,不是很到位,他说可以了,要我直接发送给G老板,我担心明天是挨批的料,不过,我自己很不服输哟,再仔细看看怎么应付明天的交差吧,D老板那么聪明,应该不会出错的,所以我看了又看,想了下,确实没有什么问题,只能说D老板厉害,我用了一上午时间做的事,他几分钟可以看出要害。
我今天还是比较幸运,完成三件我认为很重要的大事,松了一口气,剩下的只有对数了,在做budget 时,才发现原来我们公司,人事部人数了太少,那么多新人他们一下请不回来,是找猎头公司请的,费用还不少,几十万,我现在明白,为什么来的新人那么迅速到位了,而且为什么公司总是给大家发通告,只要介绍进来,有多少钱的奖励,原来进来一个人,这么不容易,人才难求呀。
