豆腐夹肉馅 ：豆腐切成长方形厚点，用油炸成焦黄，凉后从一边开口把肉馅（肉馅，放料酒，胡椒粉，蚝油，姜末调好）放进去后，装好肉馅后放锅里用小火炖或是做好以后 放到盘子上摆上，蒸上20分钟。
