昨天虽然休假一天，但我还是在下午去了公司，原因是我忘了带练字用的字帖，现在练字计划还在进行中，每天都不能断！

上周我的书法老师也说了：练字讲究持之以恒，每天抽出一点时间，哪怕十分钟都会有进步。不要前一天练很多，第二天完全不练，这样的效果还不如每天十分钟！

每天坚持是进步最快的，因此昨天即使犯了出门困难症，也还是打起精神出了门！

低调进公司后，老板立刻跑来我桌前围观，一脸姨母笑。可我不是来加班的，只是来拿书。他好像并不失望，只是说没事就待一会儿再走！

于是本想拿到书就走的我，决定再呆一个小时，反正来都来了！去休息室找了个位置坐下，就开始进入忘我的练字状态了。

经过一段时间的专注，感觉整个人思维活跃了很多，精神状态也比闷在家里的时候积极了很多！

充实的力量如此强大，以后还要更多充实带来的满足感！
