买房原来也有讲究
今天学习了买房的一些建议：
在三四线城市买房要买市中心；
在大城市先买市中心，其次买郊区；
期房和现房，优先考虑现房；
现金和贷款，能贷款多久就多久；
知道了这些挺有用的，对于我来说，目前只缺～钱～了！不过我也赞同另一种生活方式，就是德国人的租房的传统，我想了下，我这种人，在一个地方待一辈子，好像真的挺难做到的！
何况以后还要考虑小孩的教育问题，听说没有学区房啥的都不能上学了。如果要留在大城市，接受更好的教育，只能努力赚钱买房了！多学习，感觉知识还真是生产力呀！
