昨天才说到减肥，今天先生就炒了腊肉，腊肉是父亲过年时用柴火熏的，是我最爱的味道，破例吃了起来，算是平台期的欺骗餐了。

一边先生却说就我的性格而言他不相信我能瘦到100斤，这话听得心里很是滋味，他应该鼓励我不是吗，他总是这样让我生气。我不想发火，只是一边吃着一边暗暗的下决心一定要努力减到100斤。

的确我不是一个很坚定的人，我总是犹豫不决，总是毅力不够，我在很多事情上都难以持之以恒，他的话题很刺耳但也很真实，往往刺耳的话都是因为话是实话吧。

但这一次，我相信我可以。
