河南1942年，大饥荒！！河南大饥荒（The Henan famine），一般指的是1942年7月开始到1943年春，日本侵华战争时期发生在中国的饥荒之一。河南大旱之后，又遇蝗灾，由于国民党政府救灾不力、通货膨胀、粮食减产、强征军粮等原因，在1942年到1943年之间，中国河南爆发了一场惨绝人寰的大饥荒，3000万人受灾，300万人死于饥饿。
