其实做一个妈妈真的很累，要有打算怀孕的想法时就开始做备孕的准备了，什么东西能吃什么东西不能吃？
然后怀孕了，要做各项检查，有好多孕妇在怀孕前期反应比较大，什么都不能吃，甚至闻到一些味道，就会单恶心呕吐。
刚刚度过了怀孕前期，口味稍微好了一点吧，医生又说这个不能吃，控糖控油，多吃低脂肪的东西，要不然现在我们在医院，你的孕妇在身后看起来都很苗条，前面都是尖尖的，着一个小小的肚子。
孩子在妈妈肚子里成长的这段时间里，每次去做孕检，妈妈都会提心吊胆，生怕自己的宝宝不健康，经常会因为医生的一句话提心吊胆好久等待下次的检查。
