中西
有些东西我觉得学习西方是有必要的，比如说经济学，毕竟西方国家的经济学研究了几百年，而中国这方面起步较晚，学习他们的经验等于是戴上了望远镜，站在了巨人的肩膀上，不仅可以学习经验，也可以预见一些潜在的问题。
但是最近听中医又觉得，中国人还是应该按照老祖宗留下来的中医来保养和看病，不是器质性的病变，其实看西医是看不好的，基本上很难去掉根本问题。
所以辩证性的去看问题是最重要的，不极端的全部照单全收，也不全部抵制不学。
