饮胜666活动--黑凉粉
黑凉粉应该也算是饮品吧，市场上有很多罐装和盒装的，很受大家的喜爱。不过自制很简单，现在很多家庭在家自制，根据自己的口味，会有不同的花样，有的人喜欢加不同的东西水果粒、花生、红豆等配料。黑凉粉有清热解暑的功效，现在我正处于炎热的夏天，正好可以自制起来。
黑凉粉包装上写有凉粉草和淀粉组成的，老少皆宜的绿色食品，自制黑凉粉看是简单，之前不懂的弄有时候水放少太稠了，口感不好，有时候水放多又稀了，不能成型。
总是在不停的试错，尝试几次，多做几次，慢慢的知道水差不多加多少正好。有时候不想一整包都做，太多吃不完，半包或者想吃多少做多少，大概多少粉多少比例就清楚了。
这次我就做了一包的三分之一的量，用冷水把粉调均匀，两碗水的量，水烧开，把调好的倒进热水搅拌至沸腾，倒进盆里，等待冷却成膏状，放到冰箱冷藏。
吃的时候切碎加蜂蜜和牛奶，不喜欢牛奶的可以不加，家里没有更多的配料，我就加蜂蜜和牛奶，冰爽凉口，特别好吃。
这次做的很成功，自己自制的夏天饮品是不是，又卫生又好吃😋。
