突破1000个

昨天跳绳突破一千了，我自己都不可相信，最近都有跳绳，只是断断续续，隔三差五的跳，没有天天跳，但是每次跳都有新的突破。

第一次跳200多个，跳的特别辛苦，都不能坚持跳下去，慢慢两三百个跳。开始挑战500，500跳的特别辛苦，每次跳停下来都要休息好一会儿，再继续跳，500个下来面红耳赤，呼吸都不顺畅，喉咙感觉有点血腥味，都怀疑人生了，当时想以后不敢再跳，太累人了。休息一两天，又开始跳，可以跳600多个。

昨天跳到700个，再跳100个，800了，不到200个！1000，再坚持坚持，最后突破1000+，满身汗，很累，累的蛮开心的，总的比之前跳的轻松好多，没有之前跳的那么呼吸喘不过气。

我不能1000个连续的跳，每次最多100个或者几十下就卡住，继续开始跳，中间休息下，但比之前好，不需要休息很长时间，喘口气，呼吸调整一下，继续跳。

对我来说真的不错，我从没想过能跳到1000个，继续加油！不过今天小腿肌肉疼😂。
