感觉自己身上已经没有了能量，不知道有没有人体验过这种感觉，感觉自己身上没有能量，能量似乎不在身上，感觉如果遇到什么困难就会被吓破胆，心理素质真的很差，好难过，感觉自己就是个废物（大体也如此），感觉天生就是这种，自我怀疑的体质，我可能被封印了吧，内心的跳动就是为了突破身体枷锁的斗争
