Bireuen Police Holds 2024 Lilin Seulawah Operation Troop Roll Call.

The ranks of the Bireuen Resort Police (Polres) together with other related elements, Friday 12/20/2024 held the 2024 Lilin Seulawah Operation Troop Roll Call on the Wira Pratama green field of the Bireuen Police Headquarters.

The roll call, which was also carried out simultaneously throughout Indonesia, was in preparation for securing the 2024 Christmas and 2025 New Year celebrations.

The roll call in Bireuen was led directly by the Bireuen Resort Police Chief (Kapolres) AKBP Jatmiko SH MH. The roll call was attended by elements of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), Forkopimda plus, the Commander of the Military Police Sub-Detachment (Dansubdenpom), the Regency Work Units (SKPK) and the main officials of the Bireuen Police, Officers in the ranks of the Bireuen Police.

The Bireuen Police Chief read out a written mandate from the Chief of the Indonesian National Police (Kapolri) General of Police Drs Sigit Prabowo MSi.

The personnel of the roll call included the Indonesian National Army (TNI) from Subdenpom, Military District Command (Kodim) 0111, RK 113/JS Battalion, and Bireuen Police Personnel, Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP), Transportation Service (Dishub), Health Service (Dinkes), Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), Scouts and Indonesian Amateur Radio (RAPI).

The Chief of Police in his message said, among other things, that this troop roll call was a form of commitment to check the readiness of personnel and infrastructure in the context of securing the 2024 Christmas and 2025 New Year celebrations.

So that everything can run safely, orderly, and smoothly. It should be noted that the celebration of Christmas and New Year is one of the national agendas that is routinely carried out every year.

"The Nataru celebration is an important moment for people to worship, rejoice, take a vacation and gather with family, so that it will have an impact on increasing mobility and community activities massively in various regions," said AKBP Jatmiko.

The operation will last for 13 days, starting from December 21 to January 2, 2025, the peak of the homecoming flow is estimated to occur on December 21 and 28, 2024. While the peak of the return flow is predicted to occur on December 29, 2024 and January 1, 2025.
