最近跟肉包子好上了😌
说实话，一直以来我都做不好包子这玩意，也不知道为什么，不是硬邦邦的就是皱巴巴的，所以不太乐意做。但是两个小家伙总是说好想吃，那就去抖音爸爸那再学习学习吧！
看了好几个点赞率高的小视频，就开始自己操作了，称面粉揉面发面，然后还要做肉馅。这次做香茹肉馅料，只是馅就很香了，口水忍不住😂
发好的面排气后再切成自己需要的面团，擀平包肉馅，随意捏成包子型状吧，反正自己吃卖不卖相无所谓了。哥哥也要来凑热闹，包了好几个一直说看着好简单，怎么包不漂亮？他这是把自己当天才厨师了吧🤔
包好后静置十分钟后再下锅蒸20分钟，揭盖有惊喜🤭看上去挺不错哒，吃上去也不错，虽不像外面卖的那些那么蓬松，但还是很好吃。能做成这样我已经很满意了😂
