啤酒排骨闷土豆
老爸说要吃排骨，今天一大早七点钟就去菜场买了，其实我更喜欢吃猪蹄，奈何老板没有猪蹄了 说是都被饭店买了。。老板说要猪蹄提前一天预定给你留两个卖相好的……我丢，买个猪蹄还要这样麻烦！
既然没有就只能买老爸爱吃的了。。用啤酒🍺闷排骨还是第一次，也不知是我妈买的🍺不好（某岛山水）总之这道菜吃不出特别的味道，就还是和往常没加啤酒🍺的一样口感。。
平时我买🍺做菜都是买的我们当地产的（雪花）我妈去超市看到某岛🍺做特价活动就买回家了，说是给我做菜用。
所以这次我也不知道哪个环节不对，下次用我买的🍺做一次就知道是排骨不适用🍺闷，还是问题出在了🍺的口感上……
