Hanging clusters of white clouds, commonly called clouds, were a sight to behold during my flight from Jakarta to Aceh last month. I had planned to capture the view of the cloudscape by checking in to the plane early to get a window seat. This natural phenomenon was immortalized throughout the journey, from take-off to landing, for approximately 2.5 hours. I was able to capture various cloud formations, their dance in the sky is a testament to nature's art. Flying above the clouds is a unique sight for birds and is often experienced by pilots.
I'm sharing this shoot with you here. I hope you like it, the first image is one of my favorites.
During the flight, I found a way to turn a boring trip into something worthwhile through photography. Unexpectedly the plane was about to land, and the flight attendant announced over the loudspeaker that the plane was about to land, it sounded more or less like this:
"Father and mother. Soon we will land at Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport. Please ensure your seat is in an upright position, your tray table is stowed, and your seat belt is fastened. Thank you for choosing to fly with Garuda Indonesia today. We hope you have a pleasant flight.”

Shortly before landing at Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport, I captured the peak of Mount Seulawah Agam through the clouds. This volcano is one of the natural landmarks in Aceh.
