今年公司开了一个大方的先例。

先是开工利是，从我入职的时候是一块钱，是的，你没有听错，一个公司给到职员的开工红包是一块钱，逐步到两块，五块，十块。其中十块持续的时间是最长的，应该有超过五年了。从开始发放的是现金，然后到购物纸卡，到今年的直接入账到饭卡上。而金额也达到了史无前例的大方是25块。一万多个人的公司，每个人都能分到25块，光是开工利是，就要支出将近40万。

昨天的妇女节，往年公司都会给购物卡，138块的，但是只会给刚刚给公司服务达到八年的女同胞们发放。也就是说你工作了九年，十年甚至更多都没的有了。每个上了八年服务的女同胞只能领一次吧。但是今年公司很大方，对每个服务只要达到八年以上的都发放一张138块的购物卡。老员工都兴高采烈，放假半天里，全都去超市消费去了。

昨天也非常幸运的抽到了瓜子大佬的前三红包而获得3000枚花生。早上的疲惫不堪都在下午被满满的幸运包围。人生不会一直高光，但是在低谷时，请一定要坚持。生活不会亏待每一个努力的人，感谢感恩！
