The diary game 20210413 鸡毛当令箭

公司里面，多的是相互推诿的人，上至部门领导，下至普通工程师，部门风气像鸵鸟。我能理解，都怕担责任，因为问责制度比较严。

一件很小的事，可以滚成一件大事。原本几个人就可以完成的事，非要几个部门的人一起才能“通力合作” 结束。所以每个人都很忙，都在瞎忙。

今天又让我见识到了在公司里面的另外一种人，喜欢拿鸡毛当令箭的“假老虎”。

几年下来大家约定俗成的做法，在他那里得到了彻底的推翻。一言不合就说这不符合部门的规章制度，开口闭口就说需要流程。一副我就是土地公，想要此路过，留下买路钱的圣人模样。

上次就是因为他的无理而又不专业的要求使得额外产生3万多块的仓存费。今天又想故伎重演，让供应商提供一份连上帝都无法提供的资料来显得自己很NB。

气不打一处来，联合其他部门直接到他的上司那里diss他。

鸡毛虽不坏，但当令箭不成时，吃像就很难看了，不是吗？
