火山爆發雞

來介紹我最近吃到的美食，一整隻全雞唷！前幾天剛好到宜蘭礁溪來玩，回程時不知道要吃什麼晚餐，發現了「火山爆發雞餐廳」，是不是光聽店名就是很威的感覺呢！

我們進來用餐時，發現客人還不少，上網查了一下還小有名氣，剛好誤打誤撞的來用餐，結果意外的好吃！我曾經吃過甕仔雞，但不覺得好吃，原以為火山爆發雞也和甕仔雞很像。

其實火山爆發雞是用碳火烤的，一整雞上來時，我們還不知道好不好吃，我們讓小姪子嘗試盤子上附的手套，剝開熱騰騰上桌的一整隻雞時，會看到雞肚子裡有包不知道什麼的香料長長的葉子，應該是店家的特殊調味的配方。

火山爆發雞比較像手扒雞，不過火山爆發雞吃起來外皮超酥脆，雞皮好好吃唷！肉也很嫰，超美味的！讓不愛吃肉的我，也吃了好多肉啊～

我很好奇為什麼名稱叫火山爆發雞，就上網查詢，得到下面網路上的資訊。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
火山爆發雞就是『關公雞』，所有的作法和秘方都是關聖帝君教的，李老闆本身就是關聖帝君的乩童，原本開瓦斯行，後續經營問題，必須轉業找生機，剛好這時候夢到關聖帝君每天夢中來教做烤雞，於是他姑且一試，照著神明的祕方和自己的努力，烤出一隻隻火山神雞。雞皮酥肉嫩多汁，就像一座火山，因此被稱作：火山爆發雞。

若是有機會去宜蘭玩，我還滿推薦來這裡用餐，其它的熱炒也不貴，而且份量也很大，很適合全家來用餐，而且一定要點火山爆發雞來品嚐唷。
