坐高铁时路过别墅区，当初售价1.5万，在月工资2500的年代算是高价，卖点就是临河，附近就是成熟的商业街，1公里外就是学校和医院，奈何经济一起起不来，这片别墅区其实有价无市，大部分一楼停车位改建成烧烤档，啤酒屋，想想看，边钓鱼边烧烤好像特不错的。
