石锅牛肉
今天在饭店里点了一道石锅牛肉，一开始以为不过是类似西红柿炖牛腩的菜品，等到上桌后滋滋作响，国内汤汁沸腾不止，甚是有意思。从石锅的厚重和汤汁的粘稠可以看出是一道“功夫菜”，牛肉炖的酥烂，特别是牛筋的部分，浓香黏糯，无二上品。酒过三巡，石锅内部仍是滚烫无比，想起有一种石子馍，是在滚烫的石头上烙饼，石头的温度十分温和均匀，想来这道菜有异曲同工之妙。
