今天早上5点多起来，又一次慢跑去了上次发小带的地方晨跑，跑的还挺舒服的流了一身汗，不过倒是让人觉得挺通透的。还看到太阳刚刚升起的美丽风景，并且沿着小路慢跑耳边还能听到不同鸟儿的叫声，让人觉得很安逸。哈哈！
