晚上跟着发小一起沿着河边慢跑,跑了1个小时多弄得后背都是汗水,衣服也被湿透了,以及感觉有些累感,不过多运动运动对身体好。毕竟人嘛也须要多运动走一走增强免疫力,身体健康是人生革命的本钱,没有了健康的身体,一切都等于零了。哈哈!
