这个方子是看那个早餐视频学来的，本来我自己的做法是蒸个蛋放在丝中间，它这个新颖，把蛋清放在土豆丝里搅匀，蛋黄放中间。
这一翻操作真是糟透了，土豆丝水份很大，要加很多面粉，口感很不好，成饼子了。
小姑娘又没时间吃早饭，要是好吃的话还能给她带着，这都不敢带，孩子喝一口牛奶就走了。
看来早上得准备一点plan b的早餐了。
