幸福感
今天看到一段话，很好的栓释了人对幸福指数的概念和感觉:
“有时我们走的太累不一定是因为走的太远，可能是背负的太多，有时我们活的太累，不一定是因为我们缺的太多，而是我们要得太多，其实幸福不是一个证明题，而是一个满足感，因此不能用你的生活质量来证明你的幸福指数，但恰好你的满足感能透露你的幸福感，所以佛陀言：知足为乐，少欲为福。”
其实人的幸福感就在于人对事情的满足感。越容易满足的人，幸福指数越高。而越贪婪的人，哪怕他再富有，也没有幸福感。
有的人活得轻松，因为他拿的起，放得下。而幸福不是在别人眼中，而是在你心中。
