今天和家人聊起食堂的情况，前段时间也一直在想等到孕后期我自己不能动手做饭了的时候，我该吃什么。我想的是吃食堂，每天在食堂吃完晚饭，再把小卢的晚饭和第二天的午餐打包带回去。

毕竟食堂的菜不管口味如何，比外卖要更健康更安全一些，好歹不用担心他的用油用料，公司膳食系会做好监督管控，比外面没人查还是要让人放心很多的。

说起来我们食堂也是外包了，基本每一年合同到期都会更换供应商，毕竟供应商很难经常变着法子更换菜谱和口味，一样东西再好吃，总会有吃腻的时候，所以我们经常更换供应商。除此之外，膳食也应该算是员工投诉率最高的一项，不论是员工接待日或者是人力资源接待日，总会有员工投诉食堂，基本每一天也都会有人在专门的窗口投诉，但是因为公司人口基数大，每季度的膳食满意度调研分数竟然都可以达到70分以上。

民以食为天，吃饭真的是头等大事，公司曾经还发生过员工因为食堂不好吃离职的情况，可见食堂的重要性了！
