尝试新的菜品

我可真是个厨艺不怎么样的下厨爱好者。发现新的菜品的教程就跃跃欲试，感觉最近一段时间已经有点腻烦的煮饭做菜突然之间也没那么排斥了。

作为一个对藕特别执着的湖北人，特意选择了用藕拌肉馅，做了油豆腐酿肉，一看没有葱花点缀不好看，感觉把杂豆拿出来摆个盘子。味道挺不错，有藕的清甜。

另一个菜是土豆，青椒和胡萝卜，这三个菜颜色搭配绝了。而且我掌握了新的炒菜技巧，解决了一直以来用电磁炉做饭火力不够的问题。可以先把比较难熟得菜煮一煮，然后再炒，这样炒出来的菜味道也可以，而且不容易被过度煮烂，可以保持他的形状。
