豆豉蒸鱼头

再说朋友给的鱼头和鱼肉，昨天用了两个鱼头煮汤，还有好几块没弄。
今天就想试试蒸鱼头，而本人只喜欢吃，煮菜的话就真的有限公司了😂每次煮个什么菜都是天马行空那样乱整的。由于不会做剁椒鱼头，也吃不了那个辣，只好尝试一下做豆豉鱼头了。
把鱼头洗干净后加了点油，酱油，胡椒粉，柱候酱搅拌均匀，腌十来分钟后平铺好再把切好的姜蒜豆豉（剁成粒）铺在鱼头上面，待水开后盖上盖子蒸熟了就可以出锅了。
看样子卖相还是不错的，至于味道嘛，就看个人要求了。我觉得还是可以的，一个人把它全消灭了，毕竟是胡乱+业余做出来的嘛😂😀
