An hour of running was on my schedule today. This time an interval run with 10 x 400 m each and a relaxed run between the intervals.
When running, it's important to always strive to get a lot of variety in your training program so that your body can better adapt to different amounts of effort.
Eine Stunde Laufen war heute auf meinem Plan. Dieses Mal ein Intervall Lauf mit jeweils 10 x 400 m und einem lockeren Lauf zwischen den Intervallen.
Beim Laufen ist es wichtig, dass man stets darum bemüht ist, viel Abwechslung in sein Trainingsprogramm zu bekommen, damit sich der Körper auf unterschiedliche Belastungen besser anpassen kann.
