The weather was made for a Sunday, though. No more April showers, straight up sunshine all day long instead.
The trees are starting to unfold their leaves now. It shouldn't take more than a week or two until the forest will look all lush and green green green again.
I've never been a fan of the cold season but the intensity of the experience to witness life reawakening in spring makes it kind of worth to endure the cold darkness of winter.
