I am surprised at the step count today. I worked from home and never went out of the house yet my step count is over 12k. I must be doing something right.
No I didn't strap my Fitbit on my dog. They would've chewed it to smitherines.
I did however go to Thursday night class. Got caught with an arm bar and am ankle lock by two different people.
I think having a pause in drinking until Easter is giving my withdrawal pains because my mind feels foggy.
They say to just stick with it till it clears your head. Then maybe I will improve in class.
I say they say but really I'm saying this to myself in the hopes that it is true
